Terms of Service - Steady Steel Inc

1. Overview

This application ("Steady Steel ERP") is a proprietary business management platform operated by Steady Steel Inc, 42 Wilstead Dr, Newmarket, ON L3Y 4T9, Canada. It is used internally by Steady Steel Inc and by authorized customers accessing the Customer Portal, Shopping, and Design Tool features.

2. Authorized Use

Access to this application is restricted to employees of Steady Steel Inc and customers who have been provided login credentials. Unauthorized access is prohibited.

3. Third-Party Integrations

This application integrates with third-party services including QuickBooks Online (Intuit), Square, and Amazon Web Services (S3). Use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. Steady Steel Inc authorizes the connection between this ERP system and its own QuickBooks Online account for the purpose of synchronizing customer, invoice, payment, and time-tracking data.

4. Data Accuracy

While we strive to maintain accurate records, users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of invoices, quotes, time entries, and other data before acting on them.

5. Limitation of Liability

Steady Steel Inc provides this application "as is" for internal business operations. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this application or its integrations.

6. Modifications

Steady Steel Inc reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
